We have implemented Quality, Environmental & Business Continuity Management Systems to ensure that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Audits are carried out every six months by independent auditors to ensure that these Management Systems are being fully implemented into our day to day activities.

Quality Standard

Quality Control is an essential aspect of our daily operation, and stringent quality checks are carried out on all goods when they arrive into our warehouse. Customer feedback, along with regular customer surveys enable us to realise our client’s expectations, and deliver on these expectations accordingly.

Environmental Standard

Our commitment to the Environment is evident from our Environmental Policy (copy attached below). We strive to carry out our day to day activities with the least possible impact on the environment & we are constantly looking for new ways to operate in the most environmentally friendly manner.

Business Continuity Standard

Our Business Continuity Management System ensures that all clients are guaranteed complete security in the management of their property (stock, intellectual property etc). Contingency plans have been implemented in accordance with this management system which not only protect our client’s property, but also outline the measures required to ensure the fastest possible return to daily activities.

Our Security Standards ensure all clients details securely stored to prevent information being obtained illegally.
